Ing. Harald Ladner graduated at the Higher Technical School for Chemical Engineering in Wels in 1998. Afterwards he worked for three years in the field of effect-varnish development at Daniel Swarovski & Co in Wattens.
Since 2002 he is member of the TCKT-team. Initially he was responsible for compounding, but over the years he got an expert for identifying plastic materials and failure analysis on plastic components through intensive work with thermal and rheological characterisation.
In 2003 he was also responsible for the introduction of the quality management, which was the basis for the accreditation of the TCKT in 2004. For this he successfully completed the course at SystemCert to become a TQM-manager. Afterwards, he was the driving force for the continuous improvement of this system at TCKT.
2011 he improved his skills in the field of applied rheology and since then he takes care of the capillary rheology as well as the dynamic processes. Since 2014 he works in the industry order department, where he is responsible for customer inquiries as well as the organisation of the different tasks connected to that.
