Pavle trained as a plastics technician. Afterwards he attended the HTL in Vienna (TGM). He completed his bachelor’s and master’s theses at the University of Applied Sciences Wels. His bachelor’s thesis focused on “Modifying the Wedge Peel Test with Subsequent Validation of the Results,” while his master’s thesis dealt with “Commissioning a Batch Pyrolysis Plant for Plastics on a Laboratory Scale and Initial Trials.” During his master’s studies, he worked for a year as a development engineer at Engel.
