Birgit Hornitschek works at the TCKT as a researcher and project manager since March 2012. In the field of industry order management, she works with customer requests and supports the team in the internal order organization. Her major tasks include materials characterization, materials development and processing technology.
In the field of research project the main topics she was working on the processing and adhesion of fillers and reinforcement materials as well as the preparation of recycled thermoplastic materials.
After she finished her studies in materials and processing technology, with a focus on plastics technology, Birgit completed her master’s degree in Operations management at the FH Steyr.
