For two years now, TCKT has been making intensive efforts to simplify and digitize repetitive processes. Starting with a pilot project in the technical center area to register machine occupancies, the benefits were quickly demonstrated. This was followed by the purchase of tablets for various work areas, numerous coordination and development rounds as well as the successful implementation of currently eight digitized applications, which can only be seen as the beginning of the path to digitization in the TCKT.
For these efforts, TCKT was awarded the silver Citizen Development Empowerer Award by SmapOne.
In this context, I would like to thank SmapOne support, all users for the constructive communication and the respective development teams. Only together can we steer the possibilities of digitalization in a meaningful direction.
