After working towards gender equality in our daily routines, we eventually also published our goals and efforts in our novel gender equality plan. Showing already a quite well-balanced team (46% of our team members are women), we also know that working on gender equality is a constant process. We will put in efforts also to improve working conditions for all our employees, e.g. by offering work time models which allow to split unpaid family work more evenly, to keep our high level of gender balance and to show that we are overall a good place to work.
